The Wikinomics folks have started a G-Web initiative to encourage governments to join in the Web 2.0 phenomenon. CIO Insight recently conducted an interview with Anthony Williams in which he explains the possibilities, the limitations, and the expected time frame of change for government adoption of Web 2.0.
